Shah Alam still offers good properties at reasonable prices compared to places such as say, Subang or Bandar Utama. There are numerous options in places within Section 13, Section 9 and Bukit Jelutong for instance...newly build condos, established neighbourhoods such as Bukit Jelutong to high end developments such as Laman Seri (from the reputable Naza TTDI developer). You can still find properties for sale or rental at competitive rates compared to areas in PJ, KL or even Subang Jaya.

2) Greenery and healthy open spaces

Shah Alam is also called the "Orchid City" and is home to some fantastic development and landscaping. From the Shah Alam lake which is one of the greenest park around, to Bukit Cahaya (or Bukit Cerakah) park, landscaped trees along Section 13 and Section 9 there are wonderful living spaces. Bukit Jeluting has come to be a haven for those seeking greenery and open spaces. Try finding another development with similar space in Klang Valley and you will be hardpressed!
